The Le Gurk cocktail. It’s already a neo classic
Ingredients
- Cucumber (1/8)
- Gin (4 cl)
- Sugar syrup (1 cl)
- St. Germain elderflower liqueur (2 cl)
- Lemon juice (2 cl)
- Apple juice (4 cl)
- Ice cubes
Preparation

Put the cucumber, sugar syrup and lemon juice in a shaker

Grind (crush) the ingredients

Add the remaining ingredients with a few ice cubes

Shake everything vigorously for about 20 seconds

Strain the drink into a tall glass or tumbler

Decorate with one or two cucumber slices
